Overview

Today, the Service business is recognised by industrial companies to be THE critical success factor, for growth, profit, establishing long term customer relationships and sustainability. It is the engine for building the future.  In these industrial companies, many services executives tell us that the ‘product services business’ has achieved a good level of maturity and that the perimeter of such business is limited by the products the companies sell.  For sure, profit improvements can be achieved but long term growth will be limited by the technology evolution. So service executives are requested by their CEO to find new services opportunities to speed service growth and sometimes to have a bigger service share in the total corporate revenue.

We all know that breakthrough must come from new services.
